I have been doing about an hour a day on the NYS Thruway most of the week and noticed a steady small stream of campers. On the way back I have been running rt 96 roughly parallel and seeing almost as many. I know I find the byways more fun when tripping and wonder if it is

| Newbie with lots of questions.... | 30 Jun 2008 03:05 GMT | 98 |
I am so new that I don't even *own* a camper or trailer or RV of any kind. All my camping has been done from a motorcycle. However, my wife and I are getting a little older. The idea of traveling across country on a motorcycle and camping as we go no longer has the

| Ouch! | 29 Jun 2008 02:40 GMT | 4 |
Our trip isn't going as great as I thought it would! Not only did it take $200.02 to fill up in Bend, OR (a distance of approximately 350 miles from Tacoma, WA) but when we left I-84 on our way to the AFB Fam Camp at Mountain Home, ID , we found ourselves on a gravel road. The ...
