Stop the Buffalo Slaughters05 Jul 2008 17:27 GMT1
An amazing true story of events that began as a phenomenon were soon
discovered as a message to all mankind.  The message comes at a time
of upheaval in our world.  A time in 2005 where history, science and
religion converge at one event.

Pierce-Arrow Travel Trailer05 Jul 2008 01:49 GMT2
We visited the Nethercutt Collection museum in Sylmar, CA.  It's an
unbelievable collection of over 200 automobiles restored to Concours
condition.  One item of interest (did I say ONE?) was a 1937 Pierce Arrow
Travelodge, a fully self-contained travel trailer.  Fabricated of ...
Prepaid cellphone04 Jul 2008 19:07 GMT16
Awhile back we had a discussion about prepaid cellphones.  Someone mentioned a
service that didn't expire minutes for a year if a certain number were

Made the plunge (new to us RV)04 Jul 2008 16:00 GMT24
Well, we've been posting here for a couple of years.  Walked into hundreds
of new units, dozens of used units.  Too many used units smelled like an
ashtray or a dormroom.  Too many new units were trying to get two couples
and four kids into 20 feet -  nothing for childless ...
Route Suggestions for Las Vegas, NV to Jackson Hole, WY?04 Jul 2008 05:57 GMT5
I'm looking for a more or less direct route between Las Vegas and
Jackson Hole this month.  We are pulling a travel trailer, so I want to
avoid extreme altitudes or difficult mountain passes.  I'm OK with
passes similar to Cajon/Tejon(Grapevine) leaving Southern California, or
Ping - Linus03 Jul 2008 20:37 GMT2
Hey Linus,
We are going into Hidden Bluffs outside of Spring Grove today - will
be there for a week and then to the St Paul Fairgrounds for the FMCA
Convention for a week - then back to Hidden Bluffs for about 5 days
Low speed tire coating?03 Jul 2008 20:09 GMT19
I have a problem.  (yeah, I know, many).  The racing go-kart tire on my GoBig
scooter is so thin that even sharp gravel cut it.  The tire flexes too much
for Slime to work.  I'm constantly either plugging the tire or removing it and
patching from the inside.

Newspapers are reporting a crime wave in Cedar Rapids after
the recent flood.  The Air National Guard has been brought
in to reinforce the besieged local authorities.  Among the
thefts and robberies are the office of Meals on Wheels, $26K
