Poll: Drill? (I can hear Pelosi and Reid wringing their hands 8^)19 Jul 2008 02:13 GMT18
There is an AOL News Online Poll tonight on
their "Political Machine." The question is.....
Should the Democratic Congress overturn
the ban on domestic offshore drilling?
Ping Will - any connection to Sill's Family Campground18 Jul 2008 19:13 GMT5
We'll be staying there for a few days in August, and though it's now owned
by a family named Auker, and it isn't that close to your locale, I thought
there might have been a connection?

More Political "Humor" [OT]18 Jul 2008 14:34 GMT1

Caulking for Metal Roof18 Jul 2008 13:47 GMT2
I have a 10 year old Coachmen TT with a metal roof that has always
been stored under a canopy. Recently I moved it to a seasonal spot in
a wooded area and don't expect to move it again for a number of years.
It is now out in the weather.

Stupid Democrats18 Jul 2008 06:29 GMT20
The Democrat mantra has been.......
"We can't drill our way out of this crisis"
"Drilling for oil won't lower prices now".
Bush signed an executive order saying we could drill off-shore and oil went

Banks Headers on a 454 ??18 Jul 2008 03:24 GMT19
On a recent thread we discussed some of the pros and cons of a Banks

No one ever commented [that I saw] on the closeness of the header pipe
to the oil filter..

Summer trip17 Jul 2008 03:57 GMT10
We will be leaving northwestern Illinois in mid/late August. We are going to
arrive in Mesa, AZ November 1st. That gives us 2 ½ months for the journey.
Our planned route is west to southwestern Idaho, from there south through
the Moab, UT area & then on to Mesa.
