We are travelling to the US (from Australia) on the Visa Waiver Program. We
wanted to cross the Canadian border to spend a couple of days in Toronto and

I have a few questions about the grand canyon that I haven't gotten a
real clear answer from in the literature/websites. I see hotels as
listed as "on the rim", "inside the park", "in the grand canyon
