the rate we've been quoted is $240 per night, which seems kind of

South Beach Miami:  Never been to Miami, looking for a hotel for a few
nights in late October.  Must be on beach, near or in Art Deco area.
Budget range $100-150/night.  Ocean view would be nice.  Anyone with
