I and a group of friends (all graduate students) are trying to plan a
trip to a winter desitination sometime this spring (2004), leaving
from Athens, Ga. I have started to investigate vacation rentals
(primarily in the Breckenridge,CO area since I have experience there.

My wife and I will spend 4 days in Phoenix around Xmas.  We would appreciate
any suggestions re sights to see and things to do within easy driving
distance.  Thanks.

is usually good. But would April be good too? We'd like to explore SF
