I'll be in Seattle on business at the beginning of July and then would like
to take a few days of vacation.  My time is limited (because of vacation
time & money), so I can probably see either parts of Washington State (Mount
Ranier, etc.) or go into Canada (Vancouver, Victoria, etc ...

My brother is relocating to Albany, NY in a few weeks and wondering
where/how can he get some info about cheap apartments in the area. How's the
public transportation in the city? Any bad neighborhood he should stay away

This is a known fault on all vw passat,golfs and lupo
You will have to remove door panel then window regulator then break plastic
casing covering lock to lever open lock, replaced with new lock 2years
warranty on new part from vw dealer

I have read in this newsgroup that days inn in Ft. Lauderdale is

I have a strange question, hope it's considered on-topic. Last spring

The door just bounces back without the latch engaging. The locking
mechanism appears to work though. I can get round it by holding the
inside door latch fully open and pulling the lock button up until I hear
a click at the lock. The door can then be shut and locked. The problem

This coming Thanksgiving week I am in the process of planning a trip
to Lake Placid, NY and would like some advice.  First of all, what
does the Lake Placid area have to offer?  Are there lots of shops and
