I am looking to rent a car (or minivan, possibly) in Washington state,
drive it in both the US and Canada, and return it 3 weeks later.   I
have CDW options on several credit cards, but they all seem to be for a
maximum of 14 days :(

US Citizen's don't need a passport to enter Canada(just "proof of
citizenship," such as a birth certificate and government-issued photo
