My husband and I are planning a 6-7 week trip from Vancouver driving
down to San Diego covering British Columbia, Oregon Coast, Lake Tahoe,
Yosemite and San Francisco to San Diego.
For the stretch of Oregon coast we are thinking of staying in cabins

Can anyone give me some hints on a trip we are taking this summer from
Denver?  Things to see on the way.places to stay and also we will be
in Ottawa for 10 days. All help appreciated.

I'm flying to Vancouver, from the UK, in the Spring, to go onward to
Kelowna.  What is the best driving route, between these two cities, and how
long would the journey take?
Also, how long would it take to drive from Kelowna to Seattle -

Do they still have agricultural inspection checkpoints at the
California state line to inspect for agricultural pests?  I've heard
of them, but I've never actually seen one.  Nearly all of my visits to
Cali have involved my entry by plane, and I know they don't inspect

As a New Canadian, I would like to travel. Where does not need visa from
Canadians?

This is my first post to this group.  I am travelling to Paducah in
April for the Paducah Quilt Show from Australia.  On Sunday 25th April
I will have a free day in Paducah and am looking for a day trip tour.

We're traveling to CA in mid April, and doing Yosemite for a couple of
days around the 10th. We'll be in a 4WD rental car.

Can't help but notice the way the exchange rate has moved in the last few
months...topped $1.90 today.  I've fancied seeing some of the sights of

machines? Will they let you hold onto it and not send it thru or what
