Re: Yellowstone Area Cabins17 Feb 2004 20:40 GMT3
Can anyone recommend a nice place to rent a cabin for a long weekend in
the Yellowstone area? Preferably within an hour's drive of the park? I'm
looking for just a small cabin, one or two bedrooms. Not too rustic, but not
too top end.

I recently booked 2 rooms at a Lodge in Sequoia Park, not directly with the

I've just seen my Visa card statement only to realise that the agent booked

Montreal & Quebec City for English speakers17 Feb 2004 00:24 GMT15
I'm sure this a FAQ, as I found many threads on this subject.  That
said, I will ask anyway.  How much trouble will a non-French
speaker have in Montreal & Quebec City?  I have no expectations
of discussing politics with a native, I just want to be a tourist.  Are

@@@ car hire in USA @@@16 Feb 2004 15:59 GMT11
Generally speaking is it best/cheapest to arrange care hire in the UK prior
to travelling to the States or is it better to get it whilst there, at the
airport for example?
Anyone have suggestions for the best care hire company?

If so, do the prices justify the drive?  Thanks.  (Plz respond to my
