I am planning a cruise from Seattle to Alaska in September 2004.  I will
be flying in the day before so I can do a little sight seeing.  I'd like

Do they offer an interesting tour of the Pentagon in Washington, DC?
What do they show you?  Are reservations required?
Do security measures require special reservations to tour the Capitol
and other government buildings or monuments?

Been kind of lurking in and out, if this topic has been discussed indepth

What is a reasonable time to allow from aircraft arrival time, to get
through immigration (UK citizen) and customs, pick up a pre-booked
hire car and get to the ferry terminal at Horseshoe Bay? Is 2.75 hours
enough or would it be wiser to allow another 2 hours for a later

My flight into JFK gets there around noon, but my flight out doesn't

Beware if you are from out of the district and go to Washington DC and
you are handicapped. You cannot use your handicapped parking sticker
