My wife will be going to a conference at the University of British Columbia
in August.  Unfortunately, on campus housing is booked.  It appears from the
maps that UBC is on the end of a peninsula separated from the rest of the
city by a significant green space.  While it sounds ...

Can anyone suggest a good LA / Hollywood coach tour operator ? I have
had a look at StarLine and Coach USA but their city tour itineraries
are not quite what I am after. Ideally, I am looking for just a half

red river, nm- anyone been?27 Jun 2004 18:53 GMT1
A friend has suggested we try and get to the Red River area while in NM.
I'd be interested in hearing what routes you may have taken when visiting

Hi, I'm a 23 year old from London looking to go to L.A. for a couple of
weeks this summer with my best friend. We were thinking about grabbing a
cheap hotel around town, taking in the sun, the sites, heading to the
beaches, and enjoying a little bit of the night life.

Diego (we'll be there for 2 nights) and then we're driving up to LA to stay
another 6 nights.
Transfer at Newark (EWR), SFO to MAN?26 Jun 2004 07:57 GMT14
Hi, Continental have just changed our flight time (again!) for a return to
UK flight from San Fransisco which leaves us only 45 minutes to transfer at
