I am planning to make a trip to Alaska in Aug/Sep time frame this
year. I am interested in following activities/areas in alaska.
1) Northern Lights

Most likely we will be leaving our car in Anacortes, walking onto the

Parkway, to Ashville, NC. Any suggestions to stopovers, inexpensive
places to say, don't need fancy, just sleep and then go...hike, walking,
