I am wondering if there is any reliable way to find out about certain
spots in Chicago in terms of "good" or "bad" neighborhood. Any unbiased
info about that on the net that one could check before actually
traveling there? The spot in question is the area around Artesian Ave,

Taking a trip from the SF Bay area north to Seattle in early November.
Normally, we do the drive straight through, but one of us will be in the
third trimester of pregnancy, and we thought we'd take a day (two
nights) in the Ashland/Medford/Grant's Pass area.

Wilkes-Barre, PA. How do I pronounce it? Wilkes "Barry" or Wilkes
"Bar"? I've heard both. I'm going there on course in a couple of
weeks and would like to at least pronounce my host's city's name

Bay. What do I need to rent this equipment? Credit card? Driver's

The trips is over. We're back in our own big bed. It feels wonderful.
Houston to Las Vegas; then by rental car over to Colorado to visit family,
and back to Vegas for a quick look at the casinos.
It was a good trip. We got a chance to visit kinfolks and catch up on all
