I'm planning a trip to Honolulu to visit a friend and need cheap
accomodations. Are there any budget motels that rent by the week? What about
hostels? I'm on a shoe string budget, so I don't care about amenities. I
just ask that it be clean and in a relatively safe area.

The only problem I have is this ridiculous obsession to wage a conventional war
against the terrorists. It can never be won this way and it just breeds more
terrorism. We have big bombs and lots of planes, we don't need anymore soldiers
or a draft. This problem in Fellujah could be ...

Is there a way of getting between IAH and Hobby that doesn't require stops
at a bunch of downtown hotels?

Im hoping to stay around Winthrop Harbor soon and i have heard about a
place called Kenosha. Is there much to do therei.e sightseeing,
nightlife, sports?.
Can anybody reccommend any hotels there?.

I will be flying domestically within the US with a rather lengthy layover in
Denver. Is there anything touristy worth checking out close enough to the
airport to do in the few hours I have?

first time visitor to NYC and want to make it really memoriable.
give me name of few signiture, authentic feeling but elegant
jazz/piano bar, theater and fine resturant which is must-see in
downtown and midtown New York city area.

I am going to Montreal, wondering what the area around this Metro
station is like. One of the hotels has a good deal. Is it safe at night?

Hi!  I have never traveled by plane before, and in November I'm on my way
to the UK.  I will have 2 connecting flights on my way there, one in
Chicago and one in Brussles.  All of the flights are American Airlines. I

This is what I am hearing out of Sudan today. Why no outrage? because America
isnt involved? Why is the major media not reporting this? why arent the

listen to via internet? I can only find one through my Google
searches: traveltalk out of S. Calif. Anyone know of any others?

anyone have any ideas on things to do that night in AC other than casinos? Are

This issue came up a couple of times the past few months, where rental
companies track vehicles via transponders.  In one case a renter was charged
$1,400 extra when he took a rental out of California (didn't read the fine
print).
