After taking the bus thru the Lincoln Tunnel many times, I noticed how
narrow the sidewalk is there.  I thought it was funny to see Buddy in
the movie Elf walk across it.  I'm guessing it's just used for workers
and not for the general public?  Is it wide enough for walking.
