I'm looking for good weekend trips originating from DC. I'm only going
to be in this part of the country for another few months, so I'd like
to see a bit of the South and the Appalachian region before leaving. I
really wanted to see the western part of North Carolina -- Asheville in

We are coming to the US from Australia in July partly to go to the Airshow
at OshKosh and were thinking about driving Chicago - OshKosh - Toronto -
Niagra Falls - New York.
