A few years ago I took the Nava-Hopi bus from Phoenix to Grand Canyon
(stopping in Flagstaff on the way up, going direct on the way back).
Now their website appears to be gone.  Has anyone traveled them lately?
Is there another way to get from Phoenix to the canyon by bus/train?

  My girlfriend lives in Kips Bay, Manhattan and intends to meet me in
Block Island, RI for the BI Triathlon next Saturday. Is there a better
way for her to get there than to take the LIRR to Montauk (arriving at
3:56 AM) and then wait for the 9 AM ferry? Like a New York -> Port

I'm going from Sunnyvale to Davis(CA) by Caltrain and Amtrak. But I'm
not sure where is the best transfer point between Caltrain and Amtrak.

I have an old Amtrak timetable, fall winter 2004/05, which does not show a
direct rail service between these two cities (a coach connection is
required). I was told that there once was a direct service but due to a
landslide that happened many years ago the track is no longer ...
