San Francisco - hills and history23 Aug 2005 16:13 GMT5
About the super-steep hills in SF - when they first built the roads,

then to travel.  Or is it impossible to just skip areas in a big city?
Don't people hate living or working on those steep hills?

Looking for Points of Interest between Denver and Albuquerque22 Aug 2005 18:07 GMT11

museum somewhere along the route.

We are taking a week's vacation in mid-November.  As an airline
employee we can go pretty much anywhere in the US that we want, so here
is an open-ended question.  At that time of year, where would you

Great trip to Toronto but one problem22 Aug 2005 15:59 GMT25
Jill and I are trying to visit each major league baseball stadium at least

How far advance to arrive for TV tapings?22 Aug 2005 15:10 GMT10
I've just ordered a ticket for the taping of Joey on Sept 9th at the
Warner studios in LA. The taping starts at 4pm and they tell you to
turn up at least 90 mins before that, but I suspect you probably need
to be here a hell of a lot earlier than that as it is on a

This website http://home.pacbell.net/mjvande/ proves that all cities

Francisco, will become car-free. Berkeley is already moving in that
direction. This is also happening in Los Angeles and in almost every
