    What are the chances of eco-tourism becoming dominant and taking over
the tourism industry?

I'm off to Maui and looking for recommendations on some of the island's
best bets.  What's the best luau, sea food restuarant, snorkel spot,
etc. etc. etc. ? If you've been to Maui and had some kind of great
experience somewhere on the island, please share it!  :)
