Will be travelling to Banff November 14-19, with a 3 year old and an almost 5 year old.... We will be staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. We will rent a car when we fly into Calgary. The kids travel well (?), having been to Europe twice.

We often see questions here about tipping. Unfortunately, various people try to inflate the actual situation by stating numbers higher than reality or saying that it is customary to tip people when it isn't. Perhaps they think they're doing a favor for a low-paid person.

Anyone have any leads on a "cheap" fare from Washington, DC to Montreal? I don't mind one stop en route but prefer direct flight. I can't seem to find anything for under 400.00 US$, that's a lot to pay for a 3/4 day weekend.
