For fellow travellers, I took this route last week and did it quite easily.
Starting out from Groveland at 6am (20 miles west of the park), it took 90
mins to get to Tuolumne Meadows along the 120 and another 45 to get to Tioga
Pass. The weather was good and roads easy to use. ...

Which hotels would you advise for these two cities ?
(money is not a too big issue, I'm looking for some convenient, fun,
peculiar places ... Amazing, out of the ordinary)
