We are moving from Portland, Oregon to Rockville, Maryland in January. Instead of shipping our vehicle at a cost of about $1,800 and fly, we are thinking of driving. We will get reimbursed for mileage, food and lodging for the road trip or airfare but not shipping cost of vehicle.
