Hi, I live in London and I'm dating a girl from New York (22 years old)
who I've met while she was travelling in Europe. I'll be visiting New
York to meet her, and it will be my first time in the US so my question
is: Is there such a thing as an American "dating etiquette" or is it

Vacouver Skytrain Canada line16 Dec 2005 21:09 GMT2
Has anyone here seen the plans for the new "Canada Line" (previously
known as the RAV line)?     Doesn't look too promising (IMO) for air
travellers as it looks like it's just a mass transit line (like the
current Skytrain) that just happens to stop by the airport, unlike (for
Hotel in Maui15 Dec 2005 14:47 GMT1
I've done some web searches, but I know that not every hotel and motel is
on the web.  So I was wondering if anyone might know of an inexpensive
hotel or motel in Kihei (on Maui).  I'm going by myself, so I don't need
anything romantic or elegant.  It doesn't need to have a pool, ...

I am looking to rent a convertible for a cross US trip (LA to NY) in
August 2006 and I am wondering if people know of any companies that
specialise in this?  Most of the big rental companies (Budget, Hertz)
offer basically the same overpriced deals.  I'm hoping to find a small

downtown) to 300 block of 11th St. If I stayed out by the airport, is there

I wonder how far is Oakland from San Francisco . I just checked jet

cab from there? or is there any public transportation from there?
And my idea was to return LA to NY, but again jet blue doesn't have
Canada holiday plans - advice please14 Dec 2005 04:22 GMT47
Next year we are planning to take our two children (aged 15 and 10) to
Canada for 2 weeks in either late July or early to mid August.  We
