Cincinnati15 Mar 2006 22:10 GMT6
Being transferred to Cincinnati and looking for a place to live.  Found a
very nice condo in the Hyde Park area (off Erie St.).  Is this considered a
nice area?  Any suggestions for a residential area within 20 min of
downtown?
Avoid Edmonton Canada at all cost-Too True - You Could Be Next Corpse!! More!15 Mar 2006 16:58 GMT90
Many residents are starting to wonder, whether the serial killer of the dozens
of women, may in fact be a COP, a lawyer, or even a judge?
Is that why the incompetent Edmonton police, DO NOT WANT TO ARREST THE KILLER
- because he is one of their own?
Edmonton Mall15 Mar 2006 16:25 GMT26
I read that Edmonton boasts of having the biggest mall in US/Canada but
it's a bad mall, like the only bookstores are crummy stores with mostly
calendars.  Is that true?
I think the biggest real mall is the one in Minneapolis.
San Francisco: "Dancer" Schedule for March 14 at the Mitchell Brother's O'Farrell Theater15 Mar 2006 12:33 GMT1
Like Las Vegas, San Francisco offers prostitution as a tourist
attraction.  If you want to buy some prostitution services (i.e.,
hand job, blow job, or full sexual intercourse), you need to merely
walk through the doors of the Mitchell Brother's O'Farrell Theater
Hoover dam15 Mar 2006 12:21 GMT12
Is the Hoover dam open for vehicles to drive across, or is it closed due to
the threat from terrorism?
greyhound services in WY15 Mar 2006 07:01 GMT3
I am putting together a trip for the Summer of 2006 in the Mid-West of
the USA.  What sort of greyhound bus services exist between Rapid City
and the Yellowstone NP area?
In addition what sort of bus services, greyhound or otherwise, exist
Priceline experience15 Mar 2006 04:49 GMT10
Does it really work to Name Your Own Price on Priceline?
Listen to this - I just booked an overnight in a 3-star hotel at the
Atlanta airport for $44 plus fees, taxes - total of $57.48..
Turned out to be the Holiday Inn Select - closest to the airport, nice
Transportation to St. Augustine15 Mar 2006 02:12 GMT1
What is the best way to travel between Jacksonville Airport and St.
Augustine?  We'd prefer not to rent a car.  Are shuttles available?  Our
B&B does not offer one.
Thanks.
Parking for a week or so in Philadelphia? Help needed.14 Mar 2006 17:37 GMT11
We will be going up to Philadelphia for 10 days near the end of June. We
will either take the train or drive. If we drive, it is likely we will need
our car only occasionally for a trip out of town for tourist things. I'd
hate to pay high prices to park. We'll be staying in the ...

Why I prefer to take the train over the plane14 Mar 2006 13:40 GMT65
Just came back from a trip from DC to Vermont.  I decided to take
Amtrak, even though it's a 10+ hour trip vs. flying (about 4 hours, if
you count dealing with travel to the airport and check in and security
BS.)  And the price was reasonable:  ~$130 r/t vs. $178 r/t on
Frisco Fog14 Mar 2006 05:55 GMT1
No smog, lot's of fog!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a hotel in Montreal meeting the
following conditions?
- $80-100US per night
- walkable to city center/downtown and/or Old Montreal
Hotel Adagio, on Geary between Jones and Taylor13 Mar 2006 18:29 GMT2
Attn. San Francisco and Bay area residents: someone on the Fodor's
board is trying to disuade another from staying at this hotel because
of the neighborhood. I've stayed there a couple of times, and felt safe
walking back to the hotel at night from the Union Square area. I know
