I'd like to get some feedback on my itinerary for our 17 day trip.  We
arrive in San Francisco and leave out of Phoenix, and I'm leaving an
extra (not included in the 17 days) 4 days at the end to visit family
in Phoenix.

I've searched all over the web for this information but can't seem to
find anything.  I was planning to rent a car next month for about a
week (in Canada from national likely).  My credit card doesn't have a
very large credit limit as I'm trying to rebuild my credit.  I don't
