For those meanies who are criticizing (nay, reviling) the author who posted 4 times about 1 subject: groups.google.com seems to be experiencing some technical difficulties while they change or try out something different. The "subject" window for replies shows up blank.

No discounts available, $104 + tax for a room in late september, well past travel peak! i am showing up by amtrak and can't very well walk to competing hotels 4 or 12 miles away.
