Fire!09 Nov 2007 12:01 GMT160

hope none of our fellow dancers suffers ill consequence.
If the hillsides are not promptly planted, when Chac delivers his
rain, there will be more tragedy in the form of mudslides.

Hawaii Vacation Questions?08 Nov 2007 20:58 GMT7
My family and I are planning a trip to Hawaii for this coming April or
May. We will be there 5 or 6 days depending on whether we take an
overnight or morning flight home. I was thinking of flying into
Honolulu and spending 3 days there. From there we would then go to
Family Dining in NYC08 Nov 2007 15:11 GMT10
What would be a good restaurant choice for dinner in Manhattan for a
family of 5 with kids 9,12,14 years old?  Our hotel is around 25th and
Broadway, and I'd like dinner to be within walking distance.  The kids
are pretty restaurant savvy (don't need chicken fingers and mac-n-

Hi there, how are you doing?
We have scheduled a trip to go to Lake Tahoe in mid-November (Nov 16 -
19) this year and will be staying at a resort near "Heavenly." As it's

I'll be using public transportation a lot, probably looking to stay in
Providence as a base.  Any advice welcome.

Visiting New Orleans Post Katrina05 Nov 2007 17:30 GMT1
New Orleans was founded on the banks of the Mississippi in 1718 by the
French Mississippi Company, named after Philippe II, Duc d'Orleans,
and settled, for the most part, by all accounts malcontents and
criminals. The Victorian soldier, adventurer, and scoundrel, Harry
Any good online maps?05 Nov 2007 16:17 GMT4
Yahoo USED to let you see a fullscreen map of any address or city in
the USA, but, they have gotten so stingy and only give you a puny
little thing which is overloaded with junk that I can no longer use
it.  Google maps is way to small also.

To E-Z Pass or Not to E-Z Pass.04 Nov 2007 04:47 GMT24
I was just in New York to, among other things, visit my dad's grave.
As you can imagine, driving around there involved going through tolls.
Since I hope to visit his grave later this year, and do so every year
at least once, E-Z pass is looking like a good alternative to setting
Auto Glass03 Nov 2007 21:55 GMT4
The windshield of almost all cars and trucks are made out of two
curved sheets of glass, with a layer of tough plastic laminate between
them. The plastic laminate serves to hold the two layers of glass
together in the event of accident. It also keeps shards of glass from
